He has experience in the following areas: Commercial Law, (distribution, agency, supply, licensing, tool manufacturing, etc), Corporate Law, (he is Secretary to the Board of Directors of diverse Spanish Companies); Intellectual Property Law, (patents, models, trademarks, copyright), Competition Law, (unfaithful competition and free market conflicts), Sponsoring Law, (Sponsoring and endorsement contracts), and providing general legal advise on business issues at national and international level such as setting up of companies, joint ventures, acquisitions, mergers, development of business’ plans... He has been also granting advice in connection to legal aspects of multiple foreign investment projects in Spain as well as Spanish investments abroad. He had the chance to advice and exchange experiences with local lawyers in relation to projects developed in countries of the European Union, China, India, USA, South America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
